Commercial Design Guidelines

Key issues addressed by the Commercial Design Guidelines include traffic safety along the town’s key transportation corridors; aesthetic issues pertaining to building and site appearance; and ideas and concepts for commercial development that are tailored to different areas of the town.

Ultimately, the Commercial Design Guidelines seek to establish common sense approaches to commercial development in the town that collectively yield long-term, positive results in the town’s commercial areas, to the benefit of developers, business owners, and the public at large.
