What is an
The Opportunity Plan is, first and foremost, a "visioning document," the main purpose of which is to identify issues and opportunities and to develop community consensus for the lakefront area and its major tributaries (20-Mile Creek and Chautauqua Creek). This vision consists of both an overall vision for the waterfront (How should it look in the future? How should it be used? What do we like it about it now? What could be improved?), as well as specific ideas and plans for particular areas or projects within the larger waterfront area. A summary narrative describing the study area can be found here.
